The Podium

One of my Poli Sci professors in college, whenever he was about to go off on a tangent or express his opinion, would interrupt himself by saying "Stepping from behind the podium for a moment..." and then physically do so.

So in honor of Dr. Gerard Rutan, I bring you "The Podium," a place where I can vent, rant, spew, pontificate, and just generally express myself on whatever issue is bugging me.
