Extremely localized showers

I saw a woman this morning who was all dressed for the rain: Big jacket, turtleneck, hat on, and even a big piece of cardboard over her head (I guess to keep her baseball cap from getting wet). Only problem was that it wasn’t, you know, actually raining.
