Things 'n' stuff

Personal Web spaces tend to be rather pointless things—frequently some combination of diary, photo album, and first-date small talk—and mine is not likely to be an exception. Of course, I hope you find something here that's of interest, but I'm doing this primarily to make myself write, which is a habit I've fallen out of lately.

So what will you find here? Information about my auto racing (club-level amateur racing, at least at this stage). Commentary on whatever strikes a nerve. Fiction and nonfiction writing I've done. Photographs. The occasional review. Information about me, my family, and my interests.

Note Problems with the site? Navigation bar not doing anything when you move your mouse over it? Getting security warnings from Windows? General layout look terrible? If the answer to any of these is "yes" (except for maybe the last one, which could be down to differences in taste), then maybe your browser doesn't support some of the technology I've used.
